"In 2000, I bought a table from Bullseye and had many enjoyable hours of trouble free pool in my Mentor home. So, when I moved to Dublin in 2007 and the fellow that bought my house wanted the table, I asked T.C. Naz to build me a duplicate. The was an extra charge for delivery 150 miles away, but I paid it because I loved the first table so much. When the table arrived, I was not totally happy with the pockets. When Jay followed up to see if I was satisfied, I told him my problem. He promised a fix and even though it took three 300 mile round trips by his service man, my pockets now work perfectly. I am absolutely amazed at the level of support I received. Not many suppliers would go almost 1,000 miles to satisfy a customer."

"I was very happy with the whole shopping experience. You guys made it so easy for me to customize my table and get exactly what I wanted without even having to come to your business. You emailed me many pictures and examples, sent samples to me in the mail, and were very friendly over the phone when I called, many times, to make sure that everything was just right. When it came time to get the pool table in my 2nd floor of my garage I thought it was going to be a nightmare getting it up there. But your guys came in and had it done in no time and were very professional and answered any questions I had. I could not believe the quality of the table and the care that went into making it just the way I wanted it . I would have thought doing something like this over the phone and over email would have been hard, but it was so easy.
